CPCC Summer Theatre Set for LEGALLY BLONDE, July 13-21

CPCC Summer Theatre will wrap up its 2012 season with the Broadway smash hit Legally Blonde: The Musical from July 13 to 21 at the Halton Theater, 1206 Elizabeth Ave., CPCC Central Campus, Charlotte.

"Legally Blonde: The Musical" follows sorority star Elle Woods (played by Haley Henderson), an underestimated blonde who doesn't take "no" for an answer. When her boyfriend Warner Henderson III (played by Mitchell Dudas) dumps her for someone more "serious," Elle puts down the credit card, hits the books and sets out to go where no Delta Nu has gone before: Harvard Law.

Along the way, Elle proves that being true to yourself never goes out of style. After turning Broadway and MTV hot pink, "Legally Blonde: The Musical" will expose a whole new generation to Broadway.
